When will I receive my insurance cards?

7-10 days after your enrollment with the carrier is completed.

Can you get my group discounted rates from a major medical insurance carrier?

Rates are all calculated based on your group census but we will work with you to find a carrier that meets your needs while considering cost.

How do I get more information about HSA accounts?

If the question is regarding bank set up and fees, you should contact the bank directly. If the question is regarding government policy you can visit the IRS website: http://www.ustreas.gov/offices/public-affairs/hsa/ or you can ask anyone in our office.

When is my monthly premium payment due?

Answer: For all group coverage, the premium is due on the first of the month that the premium covers. Most carriers will terminate coverage if the payment is not received with in thirty days of the due date. For Personal Comp and Medicare, please refer to your bill.

How Does the New Health Care Reform Bill effect Me?
